Urban Tree Atrium celebrates a smart launch in Perungudi.

Urban Tree, one of the finest real estate builders in Chennai celebrates the successful launch of their new project, ‘Atrium’ in Perungudi. Since the re-launch in October 2012, 90% homes in Atrium have already been sold out. Perungudi is an urban suburb heightened by several important developments in recent years due to its strategic location. Being in the IT hub of Chennai, Perungudi is increasingly being preferred as a residential locality. Perungudi has gained more significance owing to its location on the IT highway and vicinity to significant city neighborhoods like Thiruvanmiyur, Adyar and Velachery.
